This project is focused on the creation of site-specific performances made with an intercultural group that combines local people and performers. The aim is to create a space of knowledge and joint work where links between participants, but also between participants and the neighbourhood, can be improved, improving the group’s roots in the territory. At the same time, we want to stage scenes that are based not on the racialization of participants but on the normalization of the participation of people from different backgrounds without having to create characters that “require” a racialized performer.
The participants of the project can take part as performers or as creators of the site-specific space.
